Supratik brings a distinctive business-led perspective to people strategy. Prior to joining Saroj Poddar Group, he served as the Senior Vice President and Group Chief Talent Officer at the RPG Group. He has worked extensively in the markets of India, Asia Pacific and North America, and has earlier held international leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Strategy and Human Resources, with global organizations like ExxonMobil Corporation, JK Paper and Larsen & Toubro.
