Pramod Gupta leads the finance function for the Saroj Poddar Group, working across financial governance, risk management, capital strategy, and investor engagement across its businesses. His role involves close engagement with the Board and business leadership teams, supporting decision-making and long-term growth.
He brings over three decades of experience across finance and business leadership, having worked with organisations including Hindustan Unilever, Microsoft, Novartis, and DHL, and most recently as CFO of Haldia Petrochemicals. His career spans industries and markets in India and South Asia, with a consistent focus on governance, scale, and business transformation.
At Saroj Poddar Group, his immediate focus is on building a central finance organisation, strengthening systems, controls, and compliance across the group’s companies.
